I clearly understand and agree that I have made necessary arrangements for leave for days away from work / studies.

I clearly understand and agree that this registration may not be final and confirmed and that I could be called in for an interview.

Applicants should be at least 19 years old as of January 1, 2027. The upper age limit is 35 years.

If the applicant is over 35, registration is tentative until confirmed by the coordinating team. Registration will be on first come basis. Priority will be given to those actively involved in the local parish and a recommendation letter from Parish Priest.

Registration at Parish level approximate ratio of over-35s is 3:10

Last date for submission of applications is 30th April, 2026.

The YAM coordinators for ‘WYD 2027 Seoul. South Korea reserve the right to reject or cancel an application after subsequent background checks.

I clearly understand and agree that upon confirmation of registration I will make a non-refundable payment of AED 200/- as registration charges along with the first instalment and submit copies of my documents (colour passport copies and emirates id)

I will attend all scheduled meetings and events. If unable to attend, I will inform the parish WYD coordinating team at least one day prior by email BEFORE the event.

I understand and agree that If more than 3 absent recorded, the Parish coordinators reserve the right to cancel my registration without refund.

I understand and agree that in the event of any mishap or accident, I nor my parents, family /guardian, friends… will not hold responsible the church & its authority, the priests / nuns and/or the organisers and the coordinators of the WYD coordinating team in any way.

I understand and agree that if I withdraw my application, I will send a request by email to the parish WYD coordinating team and also a copy to avosayam@gmail.com with ‘withdrawal of application’ in the subject line.

I will clearly mention the reason/s for withdrawal

I understand and agree that refund will be processed as per the Refund policy.

I understand and agree that the payment( AED 10,000 includes registration for WYD 2027 Seoul, South Korea including DID, WYD packages which includes air travel,insurance,solidarity fund, accommodation, meal and local transportation in Seoul - host city

I clearly understand and agree that 100% refund of the instalments paid will be returned back to me if I withdraw my application on or before 31st October, 2026.

I clearly understand and agree that only 75% refund of the instalments paid will be returned back to me if I withdraw my application on or after 1st November, 2026.

I clearly understand and agree that only 50% refund of the instalments paid will be returned back to me if I withdraw my application on or after 1st December, 2026.

I clearly understand and agree that only 25% refund of the instalments paid will be returned back to me if I withdraw my application on or after 1st March, 2027.

I clearly understand and agree that If I withdraw my application on or after 1st April, 2027, I will forfeit all my instalments paid and will not be entitled for any refund.

I clearly understand and agree that even in the case of an acute medical condition and / or for any medical emergency I decide to withdraw the application, refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

I clearly understand and agree that for any reason if my visas are rejected, I will forfeit all my instalments paid and will not be entitled for any refund.

I clearly understand and agree that in case of loss of job I decide or I am not able to travel; refund will be processed as per the refund policy.

I clearly understand and agree that there will be no refund if I miss my flight and if I decide to continue the pilgrimage, I will make necessary arrangements at my own expenses to fly and meet the group at their location in South Korea.

I clearly understand and agree that no refund will be provided if I am not allowed to take the flight.

I clearly understand, agree and aware that the tentative date of visa submission is from 1st April 2027 however, it depends on the Korean Embassy and Consulate.

I clearly understand and agree that my UAE residence visa must have a validity of at least 4 months before applying for visa.

I clearly understand and agree that my passport should have at least validity of at least 6 months after the return date.

I clearly understand and agree that my Passport must have at least two blank pages for visa stamping.

I clearly understand and agree that It is my responsibility to ensure that my passport and UAE residence visa are updated before the passport and documents are submitted to the Embassy or Consulate.

I clearly understand and agree that the tentative dates of travel are July 25th, 2027 to August 14th 2027 (+/- 2 days)-Package 1.

I clearly understand and agree that the tentative dates of travel are August 1st, 2027 to August 10th 2027 (+/- 2 days)-Package 2.

I clearly understand and agree that the date of travel depends on the final itinerary and the availability of airline tickets.

I clearly understand and agree that the final itinerary will be announced closer to the departure date.

I clearly understand and agree that under no circumstance I will be allowed to extend the trip beyond the date of return from Korea to UAE.

Side trips may be undertaken after the final approval of the YAM spiritual director.

Side trips are usually undertaken to places of religious interest only and only if it is within the budget of AED 10000/-.

Side trips are undertaken for the whole group. If any pilgrim not opting for side trip will not be entitled for any refund or reduction in the budget.

Transportation will be provided by bus or airplane.

TRAVEL INSURANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.

Accommodation will be on a sharing basis.

Accommodations may be in hostels / camping grounds / hotels and or apartments.

Accommodations will be bed and breakfast only.

I CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IF FOR ANY REASON BEYOND CONTROL; THE GROUP IS PREVENTED, RESTRICTED OR DENIED TO TRAVEL FOR REASONS BEING WAR, REVOLUTION, CIVIL COMMOTION, ACTS OF PUBLIC ENEMIES, TERRORISM, BLOCKADE, EMBARGO, NATURAL DISASTER, EPIDEMIC, PANDEMIC OR ANY OTHER EXTRAORDINARY ACT THE I WILL NOT HOLD THE JOY COORDINATING TEAM, YAM SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR AND CLERGY OF APOSTOLIC VICARIATE OF SOUTHERN ARABIA (AV0SA) RESPONSIBLE AND IN SUCH CASES THERE COULD BE A POSSIBILITY OF NO REFUND.

I clearly understand and agree that I will also have to sign a ‘Code of Conduct’ and submit the signed copy at the time of the first instalment.

I clearly understand and agree to submit my passport, visa and Emirates id copies at the time of first instalment.

I clearly understand and agree that I am a member and ambassador of AVOSA and any request to participate separately in any NON AVOSA group(s) for music, dance, skit… will not be permitted

I clearly understand and agree that if I am a member of any AVOSA group; for music, dance, skit… which has been selected to perform during the days of WYD & DID, I will fill a separate form and agree to terms and conditions mentioned and comply to it at all times.

I confirm that I have provided all correct information and also agree that if any data is found incorrect my registration will be cancelled.
